Those of you who find in the problems of the world a good reason to exhibit religious prejudice have fallen hook, line and sinker for statism. Individuals of all faiths interact peacefully and respectfully unless the State is granted the power to manipulate people to serve its own interests.

There are many, many examples throughout history where religion and the State (in whatever form) have mixed together to mobilize forces to persecute and oppress but the ultimate victor is the State. As its power increases so too does corruption and since the religions have always been fragmented there is always some faction that will twist itself (due to ego-driven interpretation) to serve the State.

Those with religious prejudices simmering in the deep recesses of their minds readily identify the vileness of that corrupt interpretation of the religion and shout at the top of their voices: "These are the rotten fruits of that religion!"

Do not be fooled by the perversion of religion caused by the State. Do not misdirect your discontent. It is and has always been the State that has trampled upon individual human rights and the rights of culturally vibrant communities. It has always been the State that has interfered with the free flow of ideas and goods between different groups because it has been the State's wish all along to extract wealth for itself. Once that is permitted the process of the growth of the State begins, and its power grows, and corruption begins to destroy peace and justice.

The advocates for the State are the ones who are the destroyers of our civilization and of all civilizations. The alternative to these ego-driven interventionists and these ego-driven interpreters is a worldwide classical liberalism civilization composed of many and diverse classical liberalism societies. The spirit that needs to stir in the hearts of men and women for the world to purge itself of statism is liberty.

Instead of these endless wars and the flare-ups of imaginary hatreds of our fellow human beings that are all caused by statism, classical liberalism is the means to a peaceful and prosperous and just way of life.

Is The 'Person Of The Year' Good Or Not So Good?

You say "Impoverisher of the Year" which is true if you look at the ones who are being stolen from, but Bernanke did not impoverish the recipients of the trillions of dollars.

I do agree with the beginnings of the title you have chosen to give Bernanke, "Imp . . ." He is impish, as even the article in Time Magazine calls that to our attention.

But that is just the beginning. He is also the poster child for the 'economic recovery.' So all we have to do is act like an empiricist and add nonsensical terms to get the answer to our questions: Imp + poster = Imposter.

So there you have it, Ben Bernanke is an Imposter! I will put it in terms popular to the trivial pursuits of the media - Ben Bernanke is the "Imposter of the Year!"

It makes sense. He is the chief counterfeiter which means that the money that he is generating is fraudulent. That makes him an imposter.

And he is the essential 'tool' of the unConstitutional coup since without the funny money these economic terrorists could not pay for the corruption: they could not pay for their fascist schemes to keep the parasitic corporations plump from the blood shed around the world, nor could they pay for the socialism that props up the public indoctrination using 'education' and which makes 'voters' dependent on socialism for their income (including the control of the media).

These fallacious government indexes have their limitations. At least with a basket of goods and services, the CPI for example, the unethical statisticians can do the bidding of the unConstitutional coup by dropping out the data that exposes their economic terrorism - like food and energy prices!

At what point is continuing education the best means of individualizing education?

Whenever that is, that is also the point where alternatives need to be available. In a free market society the alternatives will be many and varied.

Imagine people getting hired because they are passionate about a subject rather than simply because they have a piece of paper with the name of an institution on it. Then they will enter a process where they will be evaluated and further trained.

In a counterfeit culture the worth of contracts disappear. One of the great strengths of America was its protection of private property rights but this contract is fading away. As taxes increase it will become increasingly obvious that property owners are really only renters!

What Is Ethical About Masquerading? Educate Yourself!

Are the people entertained and mesmerized when the magician performs his tricks well? But the tricks require the props to function properly. How thrilling would it be if the magician reaches down into the hat and there is no rabbit to pull out?

This analogy is pretty benign. But what if the real magician, the one on the stage making you feel good, is using props that cannot be seen and these props are destroying everything that is dear about our Constitutional Republic?

The mouthpiece (and puppet) of the unConstitutional coup can put his own twist on the style of oppression - making it look like socialism - but the members of the inner circle of the unConstitutional coup are blatantly fascist so that is the true nature of their schemes.

What we see is a show, pre-recorded and rehersed (not enough) but a technological glitch exposes the magician as a street talker even to the adoring audience.

Beware of the socialistic flavor of this street vendor's wares and be especially alert to the theft and murder committed by the thugs of the unConstitutional coup that occurred before the stolen property was given to the vendor to sell!

We Need Change Not Status Quo!

I was left with a big skepticism about what these 'experts' were saying in this linked news clip. If the video summary represented the impression of those in attendence then the cause of classical liberalism treaded water - at best.

By the description given by the slippery and smooth talking Philadelphia Federal Reserve Vice President it is clear to anyone with even moderate perception that economists are just protecting their turf, not willing to be seen as vehemently opposed to the lack of ethics in their profession.

That is one of the main weaknesses of the economics profession. Those who cannot fathom how it is possible to scientifically merge economics and ethics will have to be satisfied with treading water.

Can Ethical Journalists Make A Difference?

Thank you for your integrity and your entrepreneurial spirit. You are alert to what is going on and strong enough in character to speak out.

I sure hope that your reputation and status will enable you to educate your starving audience. Not only is the economic intervention of the government unethical but so is its deliberate propagandizing which includes minimizing access to true economics, represented by Ludwig von Mises and others in the classical liberalism tradition.

I sure hope you can convince others in your profession by your deeds or by your argument to serve mankind instead of the unConstitutional coup in the U.S. that is destroying our Constitutional Republic.

The Evil Twin Of The Laissez-Faire Invisible Hand.

Peter L. P. Simpson calls it the 'reverse invisible hand.'

It is definitely obvious by the general ignorance of the public that what the ego-driven interventionists are doing is invisible to most. So indeed there appears to be two invisible hands!

One invisible hand is the one referred to as laissez-faire and it describes the forces of equilibrium that work to bring balance to the economy by the market processes inherent in this God-given institution - the economy.

The other invisible hand is really a sleight of hand, like the prestidigitation of a magician or the skillful removal of your wallet by a pickpocket! At best it is an illusion, at worst it is theft.

Both of these invisible hands become visible with education. As people are educated about classical liberalism they will see clearly how the economy works through the subjective valuations of individuals and the protection of those individual subjective values.

Also, as people are educated about classical liberalism the filthy hands of the ego-driven interventionists will be easily noticed and the corruption they cause will be obvious. The reverse invisible hand will need to be either cleaned or cut off!
