Is Intellectual Property A Secret Or A Gift?

It is one of two things: it is either a secret or it is not.

1). If it is a secret there is a very likely chance that someone else somewhere in the world will discover the same thing (or has already) and so the secret is fleeting, at best.

2). If it is not a secret then it is for the betterment of others (not just a secret holder) and it enters into the market process as information about it flows. There is no right for anyone to then intervene in the economy because such an action is nothing but a corruption by a finite mind imposed upon something infinitely beyond comprehension (the intricacies of the economy) and therefore an act of injustice.

To those who object to the justice of the market processes they should try in vain to keep 'their idea' (which is a trick played on them by their ego since it came from the invisible realm and surely no one can claim that the invisible realm is theirs!) a secret and then sit back and watch as someone else gets the credit for their truly generous gift to mankind.

Will This Generation Be Truly Educated?

And then a generation came along that was exposed to subjectivist methodology instead of empiricism! It changed the ‘landscape’ of the future! It was like a bird being freed from its cage in an ideal climate with plentiful grains and no predators and with many others of like kind to share the joy with!

Taxing Businesses Is Nothing But A Tax On Everyone!

The smokescreen is very large and very thick but there are more and more people who are inviting in the breezes of fresh air to blow away and disperse the choking pollution of Keynesian quackery.

A perfect example is the brilliance of Ron Paul and his simple and clear explanations of the contrast between the freedom and prosperity brought by non-interventionism and the slavery and poverty dumped on us by the interventionists.

Look at this tidbit: When the government claims that it needs to raise revenue and that it is the greedy businesses that will be targeted - not the individual taxpayer - the truth of the matter is that those taxes, by necessity, are passed on to the individuals who are naturally dependent on the businesses to produce what they need to satisfy their basic desires.

So not only are the interventionists liars or economic imbeciles about how detrimental taxes are to any and all but they are also oblivious of how the economy works.

The underlying principle that is the issue here is that the State acts like it owns what the citizens possess and it decides what percentage it will allow the citizens to keep. Slavery is alive and well worldwide because of economic ignorance.

Free market economics is maligned by the propaganda of the State because it is the key to unlocking the shackles of slavery.

Judging The Constitutionality Of Compulsory Socialized Health Care.

To those who get exposed to the authoritative discussions about law and justice rendered by Judge Napolitano there naturally has to be a growing confidence and trust in him. No one else is doing what he is doing with such eloquence and scholarship.

This is a good thing because it is part of the process of educating the citizenry and because it warms people to his wisdom and penetrating perception. Later when he speaks about related matters, such as the pernicious nature and character of the unConstitutional coup, the light bulb will finally go on for most of these people and they will be easily able to see through the corrupt schemes of the ego-driven interventionists and the propaganda of the ego-driven interpreters.

They will want to support - through voting - the liberty movement of Ron Paul because 'the Judge' recommends it!

What Would A Statesman Say About Ethical Economics?

He would praise the liberty movement and he would expose the theft and corruption of its antithesis - the State.

Another way of asking the same question is: What would an ethical economist say about the State? Ron Paul is a classical liberalism scholar and a scholar of Austrian economics and he can easily identify the unethical and bad economics shoved down the throats of the people.

Thank God Ron Paul will be very outspoken and receive a great deal of attention during the months and years ahead. This will be an important contribution to the "intellectual revolution" occurring in this country.

Is The Economic Solution Of Austrian Economics And Laissez-Faire Too Harsh?

This is the same as the old question: "Is laissez-faire too harsh?"

Not only has Austrian economics answered this question but it has opened the understanding of capital and money to anyone who is trying to understand laissez-faire.

Why won't the media ask the question about laissez-faire anymore? It is inconceivable to imagine a world without the State, especially to the State-subservient media and the propagandized populace.

Guess what, that is what education is supposed to do: rid humanity of its ignorance.
