The State is not an educator. It is a propagandizer.
All those who look to the State or look to vendors who propagate the State's agenda will be indoctrinated in Statism and as a result will give up some or all of their inherent ability and responsibility to independently investigate the truth.
Why does the Dark Ages of economics linger? Because of Statism and the propagandization of the populace by the State.
