What Is The Relationship Between Education And Subjectivism?

The joy of the soul is best perpetuated once it is introduced into the matrix of this world if it can follow a pathway of purity and sanctity and illumination. The ideal situation is pure water; and nutritious food; and loving parents that extends over time to loving family and friends; and teachers who are compassionate, having a good sense of humor, freed from prejudices, and who know how to encourage and stimulate learning.

Based on what are the real circumstances that are experienced each individual, then, is a subjective human being.

Culture Of Entrepreneurship In A Business Firm.

The human world in which ethics advances and in which there is justice operates through reward and punishment. But reward and punishment are not one-dimensional. They can be very subtle and yet still very effective. For example, a glance of disapproval from a beloved friend or family member can be a very powerful punishment just as an encouraging and loving pat on the back can be a very powerful reward. With this in mind then it is easy to come to agreement that ethics advances and justice operates through reward and punishment.

Another example of reward and punishment that occurs naturally and that should not be interfered with is the reward and punishment of profit and loss as part of the market process. Absent the distortions caused by interventionism this is a sufficient condition for ethical economics and economic justice. For example, incentives and disincentives tied to productivity in any and all of its manifestations within the framework of the division of labor create an honorable work ethic. Those who have a weak work ethic would feel first-hand the disincentive from being unproductive and if it happens that their lack of productivity is truly because they have a weak work ethic then it is only justice that they can make their complaints against. The incentives and disincentives will help them to strengthen their work ethic.

Within a firm the same thing applies. Inside the firm there is a structure within which reward and punishment operates in all of its subtleties. Unlike with an individual the firm may have internal layers that move the productive efforts of the individuals away from direct interaction with market prices. Within the firm the incentive and disincentive strategy may or may not be reflective of the real world market. The further away the incentive/disincentive strategy of the firm is from the real world market the more likely there will be errors that will ultimately affect the viability of the firm.

And so it is necessary for the firm to create a culture of entrepreneurship in such a way that there are ties to the market process ideally at every locus of decision/action. Alertness must include detecting the closeness to market prices and discovering ways to stay close. If a firm has this as its goal it will inherently be innovative and a source of bounty for those within the firm. At the same time this kind of firm will be able to render service optimally to those people who desire what the firm has to offer.

A Non-Propagandized Working Definition Of Capitalism.

The 'mixed' economy is not a variety of capitalism; it is a variety of statism. The ‘capital’ that exists in the ‘mixed’ economy is held captive by the State in a ‘mixed’ economy that leans towards socialism, and the ‘capital’ that exists in the more fascist version of the ‘mixed’ economy is undermined by counterfeiting and is made into a means and method of political bribery. To be able to critically evaluate capitalism, then, it is essential to examine its true nature, in a non-propagandized mode of operation.

First of all, if the true nature of capitalism was made known then everyone would reject statism for a whole host of reasons, economic and ethical. In other words the State has to propagandize, with falsity, capitalism or else statism would be cast into the dustbin of failed man-made systems. The self-preservation and lust for power of the State drives its proponents and agents to use propaganda tools to misinform everyone about free market capitalism.

Capital is what makes available goods and services in the future and it is what makes possible any and all improvements of the goods and services available. At the same time it is what pays the income of those who are a part of the production process, whether that production is for goods and services available right now in the market (unless revenues exceed costs), or whether that production is for goods and services that will come into the market in the future. There is no person in the world who is not a beneficiary of capital. It is simply and naturally a part of the economy.

Capitalism (a non-propagandized definition) is a synonym for an unhampered free market economy, a contractual society built upon the foundation of property rights. If you ponder the meaning of these words you will recognize that capitalism has not yet existed at any time on the Earth as of yet. What this means is that all of the negative attributes assigned to capitalism are really just the bad fruits of ‘mixed’ economies.

Theoretically, in both economics and in ethics, the unhampered free market economy is the optimal and the best means for peace and prosperity. There is empirical evidence from various historical examples of when relatively free markets existed for periods of time in various places around the world. None of these were unhampered free market economies or fully contractual societies built upon the foundation of property rights. There has always been some interventionism.

The critics of ‘capitalism’ are perceptive. They see the obvious flaws of the ‘mixed’ economy but because of the propagandized definition of capitalism they foolishly clamor for more statism! Such is the plight of humanity in these, the Dark Ages of economics. There is a technological breakthough in economic science that will help to dispel this blight of economic ignorance. That breakthrough is the divine economy theory.

Odd, But Poverty Is An Early Stage Of Economic Growth.

Involvement in a productive endeavor is a valuable exercise of social cooperation and all kinds of social cooperation, including work, stir ideas and innovations. Greater confidence and acquired skills combined with an income stream and the possibility of savings leads to a furthering of the process of economic growth from the ''ground up."

Humans use their income to buy what they need, to subsist. If their income exceeds subsistence then they can save, which is how capital becomes a productive factor. Humans are social - physically, mentally, and spiritually - and so they recognize the blessings and advantages of cooperating. A small savings can become a pool of savings and a simple idea can be refined through consultation. This is part of the process of economic growth.
For the individual faced with poverty and for the nation that is relatively poor compared to other nations it is the ability to find work that is voluntarily chosen that begins the process of economic growth for that individual and for that society.

Why Is Subjectivism The Appropriate Scientific Methodology?

Humans make decisions subjectively.

When a human makes a subjective decision he (or she) is uniquely qualified to do so, yet some may call that selfishness. If ego-driven it may indeed be selfish but if truly exercising the spirit of the independent investigation of truth it is not selfish just subjective. In such an instance there is one and only one person qualified to make the 'correct' decision, which is that particular unique human being. If a methodology cannot permit this it would not be an appropriate methodology for the human sciences.

Within the classical liberalism tradition and within the Austrian economics tradition the praxeological science of economics is advanced by those who use the methodology of subjectivism. What is new and exciting is the development of economic models using subjectivism! Contact me and I will show you some examples.

The Great Factor Of Justice In the Process Of Unity.

Since the logic of the human mind is universal; as humanity evolves and as civilization advances the divergencies that exist naturally across societies will lessen making unity more and more possible, especially when law is discovered rather than created via moral relativity.

What conclusions can thus be drawn? The subjective choices made by all people to cooperate because it is mutually beneficial will also be a source of enlightenment that will even further the desire to cooperate. This is what unity and the process of unity looks like.

The great factor in the process of unity is the existence of justice. The key here is the discovery of the laws that operate as part of the realm of human reality. These laws have to be discovered. Praxeology is an example of a science that is discovering these laws but there are other ways and means to discover these laws also. It turns out that these discovery processes are a characteristic of this period in human history and so over time advancements will be made as the laws concerning the human reality are discovered and applied. Each advancement in the understanding of justice enhances the processes of unity.

We know that the ego-driven interventionism and the ego-driven interpretation imposed by the State is a massive obstruction of the natural flow of knowledge. Unity and justice will advance best absent these barricades to peaceful and voluntary social cooperation.

Are You Prejudiced Against Capital?

What is the reason for the animus towards capitalism?

Some suggest that it is ideological, some say it is motivated by the envy that emerged from historical roots of haves and have-nots.

The chief reason is because we live in the Dark Ages of economics. Capital is an economic reality that is beneficial to humankind and so ignorance of economics is the starting point for this prejudice. Capital is productive use of savings for the purpose of betterment.

Is it possible to understand why the negative feelings towards a benign (magnificent, actually!) economic reality can be so intense? I am going to propose a new and exciting perspective, the perspective of a divine economy theorist!

Because of the destructiveness of forcing the empirical methodology on the subjective science of economics the true reality and nature of human beings has been squeezed out; replaced with nonsensical and sterile data. The spirit is stripped away, taking with it ethics and justice and liberty. This numbed and mortified condition leaves humankind in a greatly weakened state which easily succumbs to materialism as the ultimate goal. Aspiring towards a disease like materialism brings out the worst - greed and envy combined with economic ignorance. That which is good is the target of this venomous attitude and since capital is the transformative element in the economy it receives waves and waves of aversion.

Why is this aversion so strong? Human beings are spiritual beings and knowingly or unknowingly are uncomfortable being submerged in an ocean of materialism. It is wholly unsatisfying to the perceptive spirit and so the overall condition is one of discontentment. If educated properly - aware of the subjective nature of humans and the subjective methodology of the human sciences - this grief and misery would easily be sloughed off and replaced with the joyous celebration of the bounties of capital and the entrepreneurial spirit. Shackled by the economic ignorance of these Dark Ages of economics the greatest challenge - the greatest enemy - to this pervasive disease is the transformative power of capital. That is why it is a target of the hate of the ego-driven interventionists and the ego-driven interpreters.

For you and those who you care about it is now time to unlearn this prejudice against capital!

Empirical Economics Is In No Way, Shape, Or Form Scientific.

Static data that misses the subjective nature of human action in a dynamic system of human action is not a good starting point.
Then for someone with such limited knowledge (which is an unavoidable condition of all human beings) to be arrogant or foolish enough to interpret the meaning - as if possessing omnipresent and omniscient powers extending across the time horizon - of this static data; and then combining that ego-driven interpretation with a motivation to interfere with the natural processes in favor of some ego-driven goals is not in any way, shape, or form scientific.

What Is A Government (Not A State)?

Government is a voluntarily chosen means - a type of social cooperation - for achieving the ends desired within a particular society. It may be that the type of social cooperation chosen does not resemble what contemporary thought considers a 'government' but it is voluntarily and non-coercively chosen, so for that time and place it is perfectly fine and subject to change if the results do not turn out to be desirable.

Someone may say that this is confusing spontaneous order with government. Spontaneous order may include all of the voluntary choices made in society, including those means that serve as a government for certain agreed upon tasks, but spontaneous order could just as easily not have a governmental element.

Government is only one of many means to attain the ends chosen. Therefore it can be one of the means voluntarily chosen. It would be folly for a society to choose government as a means to attain one or several of its ends without very specific constraints founded firmly on the preservation of property rights. Of course there are always 'private' means as alternative means and the more people understand the beauty of these private means the higher they will be regarded, but ultimately voluntary choices need to be made for the ethics of society to advance properly. Freedom and liberty allow for the optimal development of ethics. This is what leads to the greatest advancement of civilization.

Another Reason Ethics And Economics Are Inseparable!

What is overlooked is the role of the flow of knowledge in the development of ethics.

An unhampered market economy is the optimal means for maximizing the flow of knowledge. When there is a corruption by ego-driven interventionism then the flow of knowledge is not only lessened but it is also distorted which has consequences in the ethical development of civilization.

Similar to the criticism of capitalism - when people look at the fascism of crony capitalism and say how undesirable capitalism is - it is important to compare and contrast using an authentic representation. So when we see how people choose what appears to be perverse goods and services because they are made available in the market we have to remember that the ethical development in that culture has been lessened and distorted because of the ego-driven interventionism.

In other words, all things change (ethics included) - including the goods and services that are produced because the people's desires are different - when the flow of knowledge is optimal as is the case in an unhampered market economy.

Does The Market Economy Produce' Evil' Goods?

The unhampered market economy is the best possible reflection of the cultural choices of society and so what goods and services it provides is an expression of the ethics that exist at that time and place. Cultures can be understood to be in different conditions of maturity but the best way for civilization to advance is for knowledge to flow feely and the best means for the optimal flow of knowledge is an unhampered market economy, in other words, an economy that is not corrupted by ego-driven interventionism.

What Is Meant By 'Maturity?'

'Mature' implies 'further along in life' which implies closer to the end of life which may mean interested in the mysteries of life (life of the spirit in this world and in the next) and this interest can be of benefit to people of all ages. Therefore maturity has nothing to do with the age of a person!

Trying To Understand What "A Virtuous And Moral People" Means!

"trying to understand what "a virtuous and moral people" means and how to promote it." This is the pivotal point in the farewell speech (at the 37 minute mark) to Congress given by Congressman Ron Paul.

It is from this point to the end of the talk that the true pathway towards an ever-advancing civilization is described by one of the greatest statesman in history, and we are lucky to be alive at the same time.

The link that opens when you click on it also has the text of the speech so you can study more closely the points that catch your attention and stir your spirit.

Laissez-Faire Leads To The Flourishing Of Virtues.

Since all intervention is necessarily taken by someone who is ego-driven enough to assume that their limited knowledge can comprehend all of the infinite repercussions over time, and since relative to the unhampered process all intervention interferes with the flow of knowledge, it is easy to see that the acquisition of virtues - which facilitates social cooperation - is optimized in a laissez-faire environment.

Women Studying The Divine Economy Theory Will Soar!

The tidbit (quoted below) on this theme is shared from an article in The Daily News in Denver, Colorado on September 25, 1912.  The entire article is so thrilling that I cannot adequately describe it. I can only encourage you to take a few minutes to read the account given by the reporter for The Daily News.

The accomplishments of wonderful women in our own times gives us the keen anticipation of many extraordinary women in the future. So far as equality is concerned, both men and women must be equal. Men and women are as wings bearing humanity aloft. If one wing is weak the flight is hampered. Both wings must be equally strong in order that the bird may take its way to progress. Therefore, as women become the peers of men the world of humanity will soar.”

And ‘Abdu’l-Bahá sees no reason that woman is not man’s equal. As the mind and the soul are sexless so there should be no discriminations except those dependent upon frailer physique concerning women. Women, he believes, having finer sensibilities, finer intuitive powers, are often man’s superiors.

Science and religion, instead of being conflicting, ‘Abdu’l-Bahá compares to the same simile as that used for men and women — both are wings of the same truth."

Soldier's Souls Denigrated By The Godless State.

The terrorism of war is a blight.

First of all, the controlled-media minimizes the reporting of most of the war deaths and injuries, and never in a million years would report the spiritual consequences attributed to these wars.

The deaths of soldiers and the deaths of the victims of soldiers are a blight.

The physical destruction of parts of people's bodies is a blight.

The unbearable anguish and horror occupying the minds of soldiers and those who were exposed to the terrorism of war is a blight.

But what about the unmentioned damage to the soul? What will the souls of these people have to endure in all the worlds of God as a result of being a pawn of the Godless State?

We have to begin talking about the spiritual consequences of the destructiveness of the wars of the Godless and wretched State.

Slavery And Murder Are The Badges Of Statism.

When slavery is defined as - some entity forcefully taking what is rightfully yours or else you are killed or imprisoned - then slavery has now expanded to encompass everyone. See what happens to you if you refuse to use the funny money and simply try to use gold or silver (which has not been devalued by counterfeiting). When such a simple act of you trying to protect yourself against the theft by the State (who counterfeits fiat currecies at will) is enough to put you in a cage or in chains then slavery is far from marginal. Deceptively it is convenient to define terms so the oppression of the State is simply removed by definition and then to find statistical evidence that the world is better when it is run by the ego-driven interventionists. 170 million deaths is too big to ignore and to gloss over no matter how the statistics are massaged.
